This is to be expected and treasured because it makes your piece unique. While we strive to show you an accurate representation of what your piece will look like, you may notice a slight variance from the sample piece shown on our website.

While we are certain you will be delighted with your purchase and we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, should you feel the need to return or exchange your purchase, please note:

Returns and Repairs:

Our policy for return requires written authorization. Request to return merchandise must be received by Fleming Silver within 5 days of receipt. A return authorization number can be obtained by emailing: customerservice@flemingsilver.com

Items that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or replacement.

An email with an authorization number and return address will be generated within 48 hours during regular business days.
Return status updates are issued by email.
